THE AIMS AND SCOPE OF THE POLICY
The FORGES DU SAUT DU TARN makes every effort to respect individual privacy and ensure personal data protection, and applies all related applicable legislation.

DEFINITION
Personal data :
All information referring to a person concerned, notably by reference to an identifier such as a name, social security number, telephone number, healthcare data, consumer habits, location data, login, etc. The term “Personal data” includes personal data of a sensitive nature.

Special data categories or “sensitive data” is data of a personal nature that reveals or is based on:

Any operation or set of operations, involving automated processes or not, applied to personal data such as collection, access, recording, copying, transferring, archiving, combination, modification, structuring, providing, communicating, saving, destruction regardless of whether the operation is automatic, semi-automatic or other. This list should not be considered complete.
Data processing manager :
The individual or legal entity who individually or collectively decides which personal data will be collected as well as why and how it will be collected and processed.
Subcontractor :
Any individual or legal entity, public authority, department or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data processing manager and according to their instructions (service providers or suppliers for example).
Consent :
Any manifestation of free, specific, enlightened, unilateral will through which the concerned person accepts, by way of a declaration or clear positive act, that personal data concerning them will be subjected to processing operations.
Data transfer :
Any communication, copying or movement of data via a network, or any communication, copying or movement of such data from one support media to another, regardless of the nature of the support, involving the movement of the personal data to a third party country outside of the European Union or to an international organisation where it will be subjected to processing operations after the transfer.

DATA PROCESSING MANAGER

HOW DO WE GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ?

When you issue a request to exercise a Right, you will be asked to give as much detail as possible on the scope of the request, the type of right exercised, the personal data processing concerned, and any other information that will be useful to assessing your request.
In the event of reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the person making the request, a photocopy of identity papers may be requested.
A response will be issued within one month of receiving your request. If necessary, considering the complexity and number of applications, the FORGES DU SAUT DU TARN may extend this period by two months, you will be informed of this.
We make every effort to ensure that our confidentiality policy complies with the currently applicable personal data protection legislation. We will also make every effort to ensure the security of all personal data concerning you as well as your personal data protection rights.
